We believe it is imperative in order to give you an accurate quote to perform a physical inspection of your home or building. We take pride knowing that we have done our due diligence to ensure we have not missed anything with your project in our scope of work. If you have commercial plans or new construction plans, they get sent to a third party for verification to ensure accuracy within our quote as well.

After the inspection is performed, reports are examined, pricing is verified, and complete scope of work quotes are sent as soon as possible.

If the quote is accepted, we will create the contract and get you on our schedule as soon as possible. We have a large staff of local installers so we are never too far behind on scheduling work for completion.

Your sales representative will meet with you, if you desire, and the crew at the start of your job. A handover with one of our project managers or foreman will be performed so you always have a solid point of contact. We will have an active role in ensuring the project is done to all our satisfaction. We perform end of day dry-ins to ensure your roof is never exposed to the elements as well as end of day cleanups so that your home or business is always looking at its best.

We will conduct a final inspection of the entire scope of work. We will make sure there are no issues and that you, as one of our valued customers, is happy with the final product. If there are any changes that need to be made, it will happen immediately to ensure customer satisfaction within our scope of work.
