I had new gutters put on my home and they did a fantastic job. Not only that they came out right away when I thought I had a leak. Turns out my gutters were clogged from my tree and they cleaned them out for free! Who does that anymore?! Highly recommended.

Dustin found a better alternative to fix a small problem I had on my soffit and recommended same. Then, to my surprise, he followed up to make sure I was being taken care of. I would definitely consider calling him again for any roof-related needs

Just a follow up about diversified roofing !! Some guy named Danial came out to inspect my roof !! He said that my roofing boots didn’t meet code !! In fact they are perfectly leagel !! The guy couldn’t even tell what a triple wall pipe looks like !! And thought that the rubber boots on the pipe couldn’t handle the heat !! I contacted the roofing supplier and explained the issue and he stated that the kind of pipe that I have is perfectly legal for the type of rubber boots that was installed !! Of course this roofer will come up with an excuse with the issue !! Just like the issue of installing a metal roof over the top of an asphalt roof !! And it’s perfectly leagel and the guy that came out said it wasn’t !! This company even has a photo on their website that shows them installing a metal roof over the top of asphalt shingles !! What’s up with that ?? I’m sure they will have a good excuse for that !! They must think I’m stupid !! I use to build multi million dollar homes and did very well at the business !! I don’t expect this company to be in business very long !!!

We explained to you back on September 20, 2024 that we were not interested in putting an overlay on your mobile home, being our company policy is to remove all layers of existing roofing which allows us to inspect the substrate. We choose not to cut corners in our business practices as quality is always our main objective. I would like to point out that you are neither a current nor previous customer of ours. Your mortgage company found, contracted, and paid us to do a fair assessment due to their concerns with your property. Unfortunately, you did not like our findings that align with what we told you back in September. 
I highly recommend Dustin and his crew! They replaced my entire roof after I received significant hail damage. They did a beautiful job in a very short amount of time. The entire process was painless.

Just had our 26 yr old roof replaced by these guys. All in all a fantastic experience. From Daniel coming over to inspect our roof and getting us a timely quote, to Abraham and his crew. They were extremely hard workers and very conscientious. At the end of every workday all trash was picked up and put in the dumpster. When the project was completed they made sure all remnants (nails, parts of shingles, trash were gone and the dumpster was removed within a day. Other than having a beautiful new roof, you would never know they had been on our property.
We had gotten 4 estimates to replace our roof and besides being the least expensive, we got really good vibes from them. So glad we trusted our instincts!

Rawley was outstanding responding to my initial request for an inspection of damages and keeping me updated all the way through completion of our roof replacement. And talk about service! Rawley was able to bump up our calendar date as well! The crew showed up at 7:30 and towed the waste bin away at 5:30! New roof installed in one day! Can't say enough good things about Diversified Roofing!

Quality material professionally installed on budget/quote. Rick went above and beyond to guaranty we knew everything happening from beginning to end. Results were beyond my expectations for both the gutter and heat tape replacement. Rick would call each day before arriving letting us reposition vehicles for our convenience. I was always briefed on what to expect and when with absolutely no surprises. A pleasant, stress free experience from beginning to end. We were overwhelmed by all the different roofing companies, cost estimates, style choices, etc…but then we met Wes when he came out for an estimate. It wasn’t just a “sales pitch” it was a true consultation. He took the time to completely explain to us what he thought was needed, the different choices available, time frame and of course cost. He and Diversified “delivered” on on counts. They started exactly on time, worked quickly without overlooking attention to detail and did an excellent cleanup. Wes and Jonathan came out after the crews were done and did a follow up inspection.
Roof replacement is expensive and stressful but after our experience we would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to family and friends!

Alex came to my home and I needed a complete roof replacement . Literally the whole plywood and metal needed to come off . He and his great crew showed up at 7:00 am and worked till dark . In two and a half days it was done . They did the “and then some” his team could not have been nicer . They even sing while working . I could not find anyone to do the work ! They were roof angels ! Outstanding! Responsive & professional on all levels. I found myself in a pinch and needed assistance with finishing the install of my pro panel metal roof. We reached out to John & Alex to see what options were available and they were able to mobilize their team in short time and arrived on schedule in full force. It was impressive to see the entire crew set up and get to work where everyone understood what was needed and their role. They completed what was left in less than a day and ensured everything was cleaned up and back in place. Just had our 26 yr old roof replaced by these guys. All in all a fantastic experience. From Daniel coming over to inspect our roof and getting us a timely quote, to Abraham and his crew. They were extremely hard workers and very conscientious. At the end of every workday all trash was picked up and put in the dumpster. When the project was completed they made sure all remnants (nails, parts of shingles, trash were gone and the dumpster was removed within a day. Other than having a beautiful new roof, you would never know they had been on our property.
We had gotten 4 estimates to replace our roof and besides being the least expensive, we got really good vibes from them. So glad we trusted our instincts!

Rawley was outstanding responding to my initial request for an inspection of damages and keeping me updated all the way through completion of our roof replacement. And talk about service! Rawley was able to bump up our calendar date as well! The crew showed up at 7:30 and towed the waste bin away at 5:30! New roof installed in one day! Quality material professionally installed on budget/quote. Rick went above and beyond to guaranty we knew everything happening from beginning to end. Results were beyond my expectations for both the gutter and heat tape replacement. Rick would call each day before arriving letting us reposition vehicles for our convenience. I was always briefed on what to expect and when with absolutely no surprises. A pleasant, stress free experience from beginning to end. We were overwhelmed by all the different roofing companies, cost estimates, style choices, etc…but then we met Wes when he came out for an estimate. It wasn’t just a “sales pitch” it was a true consultation. He took the time to completely explain to us what he thought was needed, the different choices available, time frame and of course cost. He and Diversified “delivered” on on counts. They started exactly on time, worked quickly without overlooking attention to detail and did an excellent cleanup. Wes and Jonathan came out after the crews were done and did a follow up inspection.
Roof replacement is expensive and stressful but after our experience we would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to family and friends!

Alex came to my home and I needed a complete roof replacement . Literally the whole plywood and metal needed to come off . He and his great crew showed up at 7:00 am and worked till dark . In two and a half days it was done . They did the “and then some” his team could not have been nicer . They even sing while working . I could not find anyone to do the work ! They were roof angels !
